27 ~ 29,November, Prof.Vladimir Yurjevich Karaev from Institute of Applied Physics, Russian Academy of Sciencs visited Yantai Institute of Coastal Zone Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences. 

During his visiting, Prof.Vladimir Yurjevich Karaev visited some laboratories and communicated with YIC researchers. He presented an academic presentation, with the the topic: "The First Russian scatterometer: discussion of the concept and simulation". The presentation introduced the basic conditions of Institute of Applied Physics and the digital simulation and the research status of the first generation scatterometer of Russia. It aroused the interest of the researchers and graduate students. Prof. Vladimir visited MouPing experimental stations and gave high evaluation for station and expressed his hope to continue cooperation with YIC in the future.
